Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is a government initiative designed to simplify trade processes and improve efficiency by integrating multiple government and private sector entities on a single digital platform.

Job Role: Product Management and Delivery Lead
The Product Management and Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the success of AI and data governance initiatives.
The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise to drive innovative product solutions in trade facilitation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement product strategies that align with PSW’s digital transformation goals.
2. Lead product development initiatives, ensuring they meet business and user needs.
3. Manage AI, data governance, and data management projects in the public sector.
4. Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and regulatory bodies.
6. Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product effectiveness.
7. Adopt agile methodologies for efficient product development and delivery.
8. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure seamless communication.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
Experience
1. Minimum 15 years of experience in product management, product strategy, and project management.
2. Proven track record in developing product strategies and executing AI and data governance projects.
3. Experience in public sector data management and government digital transformation projects.
4. Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
5. Expertise in user research, usability testing, and stakeholder management.
