Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for the Professor Paediatric Gastroenterology position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications

1. MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC)/Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).

2. Advanced qualifications like FCPS, MD, M.Phil, CCT, Diplomat American Board in Paediatric Gastroenterology and Hepatology, or equivalent recognized by the PMDC/PMC.

3. Candidates with qualifications in Paediatrics, such as FCPS (Paediatrics), MD (Paediatrics), or MRCPCH, with one or two years’ experience in Paediatric Gastroenterology may also apply.

Experience Requirements

1. At least five years’ teaching experience as an Assistant Professor Paediatric Gastroenterology (BS-18).

2. Minimum three research publications in Paediatric Gastroenterology in recognized medical journals.

Additional Requirements

1. Valid registration with PMC.
