Punjab Energy Efficiency & Conservation Agency (PEECA) is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Program Manager. This is a contract-based position offering a market-competitive salary of up to 350,000 PKR.

Job Responsibilities of a Program Manager

Project Planning & Implementation

1. Lead energy efficiency projects from planning to execution.

2. Ensure projects meet industry standards and government regulations.

3. Work closely with different stakeholders to improve project outcomes.

Management & Leadership

4. Manage teams working on energy conservation initiatives.

5. Ensure smooth coordination between various departments and external partners.

6. Provide guidance to engineers and project staff.

Energy Efficiency & Conservation

7. Conduct energy audits and implement conservation techniques.

8. Promote renewable energy projects and sustainable development.

9. Develop strategies to reduce energy consumption across industries.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

1. A graduate degree in engineering in one of the following fields:

– Electrical Engineering

– Electronics Engineering

– Power Engineering

– Computer Engineering

– Mechatronics Engineering

– Mechanical Engineering

– Chemical Engineering

2. A postgraduate qualification in:

– Electrical Engineering

– Electronics Engineering

– Energy

– Environment

– Sustainability

– Sustainable Development

Note: Candidates must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

Experience

3. 8-10 years of relevant management experience.

4. Experience in the Power sector in Pakistan.

5. Experience in renewable energy projects and energy audits is preferred.

Skills Required

6. Strong management and leadership skills.

7. Experience in project implementation.

8. Knowledge of renewable energy and energy audits.

1. Location: Lahore, Punjab.

2. Type: Contract-based as per the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004.

3. Vacancies: Multiple positions (8-10 available).

Domicile & Quota
