Through its flagship project, the Kaghan Memorial School (KMS), the Trust empowers communities by breaking the cycle of poverty through education. KMT is now hiring a Programme Officer for its Head Office in Bani Gala, Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities
Fundraising and Donor Engagement
As a Programme Officer, you will:
1. Prepare donor proposals, grant requests, and funding presentations.
2. Organize fundraising events to support the Trust’s operations.
3. Communicate regularly with donors and child sponsors to build long-term relationships.
Reporting and Coordination
1. Develop detailed reports for donors, government agencies, and KMT trustees.
2. Facilitate communication between the school and Head Office.
3. Manage job applications and recruitment processes.
Procurement and Resource Management
1. Oversee procurement of school supplies, furniture, and educational materials.
2. Ensure timely delivery of resources to the Kaghan Valley school.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Criteria
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
2. Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in NGOs or project management.
3. Exceptional English writing and speaking skills (a writing test will be conducted).
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report drafting.
Desirable Attributes
1. Experience in writing donor proposals or grant applications.
