Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator

Qualifications and Skills Required

Educational Qualifications
– A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
– Registration with PCATP or PEC is mandatory for this role.
– A Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Heritage Management, or Project Management will be preferred, as it aligns with the project’s focus on preservation and conservation.
Experience
– A minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant fields with a Master’s Degree or 20 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
– Proven experience in supervising development projects, especially related to heritage conservation and historical site preservation, will be highly valued.
Skills
– Strong skills in project management, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing large-scale projects.
– Expertise in heritage conservation and a thorough understanding of historical site preservation techniques.
