Job Role: Project Manager (Civil Works)

As a Project Manager (Civil Works), you will oversee the management of technical teams, supervise civil works, and ensure the successful delivery of different sub-projects. You will work closely with consultants, engineers, and specialists to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the technical team, including consultants, engineers, and specialists.

2. Review, validate, and amend project designs, drawings, and technical specifications.

3. Supervise civil works and ensure they are carried out according to plans and standards.

4. Develop and implement a computerized critical path schedule or similar project management tools.

5. Create and manage a credible Management Information System (MIS) for sub-projects.

6. Monitor construction work and ensure compliance with specifications and approved drawings.

7. Ensure strong quality assurance processes are in place and are properly implemented.

8. Assist the executing agency in managing contract administration, procurement issues, and contract claims.

Qualification and Experience

2. Experience:

a. Preferably 10 years of relevant professional experience.

b. Experience in leading project management and contract management roles.

c. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

d. Experience working in the Punjab region, foreign-funded projects, and international or government institutions will be given preference.

Skills Required
