Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager

As the Project Manager for the NSTOP Program, your primary duties will include:

Field Supervision and Monitoring

1. Conduct bi-monthly supervisory visits to assess field work.

Collaboration and Reporting

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.

3. Represent the NSTOP Program in meetings with government and partner organizations.

Administrative Oversight

1. Oversee administrative functions, including assignments and policies.

2. Travel to provinces for meetings with Provincial EOC coordinators and other stakeholders.

Supportive Supervision

1. Participate in pre-campaign and intra-campaign monitoring in high-risk districts.

2. Promote transparency, dialogue, and continuous improvement within the program.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Education

1. A Master’s degree in Public Health, preferably with a specialization in Field Epidemiology.

Experience

1. At least 10 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in immunization programs, preferably polio eradication.

3. Proven experience working with the Pakistan EPI/PEI program or similar public health initiatives.

Skills

1. Strong project planning and management skills.

2. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in English and local languages (Pashto is an advantage).

4. Ability to travel extensively for field supervision.
