Job Description
The role of a Quality Assurance Associate requires a minimum of a graduation degree (14 years) or higher from an HEC recognized institution. Candidates with expertise in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) will be given preference. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Testing and InspectionsConduct various tests and inspections to identify problems and issues within the processes. Present solutions to the identified problems to improve overall quality.
- Training Material PreparationPrepare training materials, including manuals, to define quality control guidelines for various processes.
- Data Quality AssuranceCheck the quality and accuracy of survey data and the data entered by Data Entry Operators (DEOs) teams, either through field verification or data analysis. Suggest changes that may improve data analysis and reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Digital Data RevisionsPerform digital data revisions and updates from appropriate sources to maintain data accuracy.
- Coordination and Quality ChecksPerform quality checks if any issues arise and coordinate with field staff and the Data Manager. Ensure all quality checks are defined in the training manual. Conduct telephonic checks and monitor surveys conducted to maintain quality.
- Error Highlighting and SolutionsHighlight errors and devise solutions for them to maintain the integrity of data and processes.
- Other TasksUndertake any other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.
