Job Description

Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for the position of Sister Tutor, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Requirements:

  • B.Sc. (Second Division) in Nursing or
  • Diploma in Nursing from a recognized Nursing College

Experience:

  • Five years of post-qualification experience if holding a Diploma in Nursing
  • Only practical experience after the prescribed qualification will be considered
  • Experience in private entities will be accepted if such entities are registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory authority

Registration:

  • Must be registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council

Age and Gender

  • Age Limit: Female candidates aged 23 to 30 years, with an age relaxation of 8 years, making the upper age limit 38 years
  • Gender: Female

Domicile: Candidates must have domicile in Punjab

Examination Details

Candidates will be required to take a written examination consisting of:

  • Format: One paper MCQ type written test
  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • Total Marks: 100 marks
  • Syllabus:
    • Qualification-Related Questions: 80%
    • General Ability: 20% (covering General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science, and Basic Computer Studies)
