Role Overview: Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager in the Animal Health Division is a key position at Medhouse Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. This role involves overseeing all aspects of quality control processes, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.

The manager will lead the quality control team and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Control department within the Animal Health Division.
  • Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the testing and validation processes for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
  • Develop and implement quality control protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all quality control activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, GLP, and other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Educational background in Pharm-D or MSc Chemistry.
