Job Overview: Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer
Key Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Your key duties will include:
1. Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs): Extract and prepare BOQs for Civil and MEP works from project drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
2. Cost Management: Review and manage cost estimates, ensuring compliance with contract agreements and project requirements.
3. Variation Analysis: Assess and verify variations in construction activities, updating BOQs and contract values as needed.
4. Project Monitoring: Track project progress, cash flow, and interim payments, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills
