1. Candidate Sourcing: Use online portals like CV Library, Indeed, and LinkedIn, as well as the company’s internal CV database, to find suitable candidates.

2. Job Advertisements: Post job ads on various job boards and monitor them regularly.

3. Candidate Shortlisting: Review applications, shortlist candidates, and forward them to senior management for further evaluation.

4. Screening Interviews: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability based on their responses.

5. Interview Scheduling: Arrange interviews and send reminders to candidates to ensure attendance.

6. Document Preparation: Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.

7. Background Checks: Verify candidate information, including previous employment references and document accuracy.

8. Recruitment Log Maintenance: Keep a detailed log of each candidate’s progress throughout the recruitment process.

9. Reporting: Prepare accurate recruitment and HR-related reports as required.
