Job Responsibilities

Sourcing & Recruitment

1. Identify, attract, and recruit candidates for different roles.

2. Use job portals, social media, and databases to find potential employees.

3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with candidates.

Candidate Management

1. Communicate with applicants to understand their experience and qualifications.

2. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

3. Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.

Client Coordination

1. Work with international clients, especially in the UK healthcare sector.

2. Understand client requirements and find the right talent for their needs.

3. Provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

Cold Calling & Communication

1. Conduct cold calls to potential candidates.

2. Build strong relationships through professional communication.

3. Assist in hiring campaigns and recruitment drives.
