Job Responsibilities
As a Relationship Executive at UBL Islamic Banking, your key duties will include:
Sales & Customer Acquisition
1. Actively bring in new customers (NTB – New to Bank) by promoting liability products (savings accounts, deposits, etc.).
2. Convert branch visitors (e.g., customers for COC transactions) into potential clients.
3. Conduct market visits and on-ground sales activities to expand the customer base.
Portfolio & Business Growth
4. Monitor daily transactions to identify fund outflows and take corrective actions.
5. Use need-based analysis to cross-sell banking products (loans, accounts, etc.).
6. Work closely with the Branch Manager (BM) to meet assigned business targets (deposit growth, NTB accounts, consumer loans).
Compliance & Reporting
7. Ensure all banking operations follow State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.
8. Maintain daily/weekly sales reports for performance tracking.
9. Adhere to audit and compliance policies to avoid risks.
