Job Responsibilities

As a Research Analyst at Silverlight.Co, your role will be focused on lead generation and recruitment. Below are the key duties associated with this position:

1. Lead Generation

Identify and reach out to potential candidates and experts who can meet client needs. Use various platforms, especially LinkedIn, to build a strong network of contacts that can be valuable for future recruitment.

2. Recruitment Process

Guide experts through the recruitment process, ensuring that they sign up, complete the necessary screening, and are submitted to clients for consideration.

3. Networking and Outreach

Build and maintain strong professional connections through LinkedIn and other platforms to ensure a constant pipeline of potential experts.

4. Client Communication

Communicate with clients to ensure expert submissions meet their requirements. Coordinate with experts to confirm their availability and facilitate client calls.

5. Tracking and Reporting

Track the number of experts sourced, signed up, and submitted to clients, while maintaining accurate records of the commission earned for each successful call or expert submission.

What You Need to Succeed

1. Experience

0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The Research Analyst position at Silverlight.Co offers commission-based compensation. Your earnings will depend on your performance, allowing you to earn according to your efforts:

  • $80 per credit: For each 60-minute client call with a signed expert.
  • $3 per expert submission: For each expert who signs up, completes screening, and is submitted to the client.
  • Subsequent Bookings: Subsequent bookings of the same expert count as 0.5 credits.

This commission-based model gives you the opportunity to earn based on the number of successful calls and expert submissions, with the potential for substantial income.
