Position Overview

1. Job Title: Research Associate

3. Type: Full-time, contract-based for 3 years (extendable for 2 years based on performance)

Job Requirements

Qualification

1. Master’s Degree: First Class Master’s in Economics/Public Policy from an HEC-recognized national or foreign institution (with a minimum of 5 years of experience).

2. PhD: PhD in Economics from an HEC-recognized national or foreign university (with a minimum of 2 years of experience).

Experience

1. Strong understanding of:

Customs tariffs and tariff classification

Trade policy and input-output tables

2. Proven record of publishing at least five research papers in peer-reviewed journals, preferably focusing on international trade.

Skills

Job Responsibilities
