Eligibility Criteria

Qualification Requirements

LL.M or equivalent from a HEC-recognized university

Bar-at-Law or LL.B (Minimum 50% Marks in Aggregate)

Experience Requirements

Candidates must have at least two years of experience in one of the following:

1. Active practice as an Advocate in High Court

2. Law Officer in public or private sector

3. Proven legal research experience

Required Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software applications

Legal drafting and research abilities

Selection Process

Candidates will go through a competitive examination which includes:

Written Test (Total 300 Marks)

1. English Essay, Composition & Drafting Skills – 100 Marks (Objective & Subjective)

2. Civil Law & Constitution of Pakistan – 100 Marks (Subjective)

3. General Laws & Legal Case Study Analysis – 100 Marks (Subjective)

Interview & Psychological Assessment (100 Marks)

Candidates must obtain at least 40% marks in each paper

50% aggregate marks are required to qualify for the interview

50% marks are required in the interview for final selection

Note: Candidates must provide a certificate proving completion of an MS Office course from a recognized institute.
