Responsibilities of a Sales Agent
1. Generate leads and acquire new clients for design, development, and digital marketing services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the U.S. market.
3. Conduct sales presentations to showcase our services and meet client needs.
4. Collaborate with project management and creative teams for successful project execution.
5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline management, and forecasts.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market changes.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Sales Experience: Proven track record in selling design, development, or marketing services.
2. Communication Skills: Ability to present confidently and convey value effectively.
3. Negotiation Skills: Expertise in closing deals and addressing client objections.
4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, and design processes.
5. Time Management: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
6. CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM systems is a plus.
7. U.S. Market Familiarity: Understanding of U.S. client expectations and culture is preferred.
