Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to close.
3. Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
4. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to achieve or exceed sales targets.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide feedback for strategic planning.

Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable but not mandatory.
2. 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in the real estate industry).
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
