Key Responsibilities of a Salon Manager

Human Resource Administration

1. Manage employee performance and recommend promotions/bonuses to the Salon Director.

2. Train, motivate, and supervise staff to enhance performance and stay updated with the latest techniques in the cosmetology industry.
