Job Responsibilities
Security Compliance & Risk Assessment
1. Ensuring compliance with all security regulations and policies.
2. Conducting risk assessments and implementing security measures.
Building Security Management
3. Supervising security staff and ensuring proper security protocols.
4. Monitoring CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
Security Plan Preparation & Execution
5. Developing and implementing security plans for the facility.
6. Preparing emergency response strategies and training employees accordingly.
Team Leadership & Management
7. Managing and training the security team for efficient performance.
8. Conducting security drills and updating procedures when needed.

Who Can Apply?
Education & Experience
1. Minimum Education: Intermediate/A-Level (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
2. Preferred Fields: Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related discipline.
3. Experience: 5-7 years in security management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
4. Industry Experience: Candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, government, law enforcement, or private security will be preferred.
Required Skills
5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Expertise in security compliance, building security management, and security operations.
7. Knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment techniques, and team management.
8. Experience with security technologies, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control.
Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory)
9. Certified Security Manager (CSM).
10. Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
An advanced degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field will be an added advantage.
