Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist at PSW, your primary duties will involve analyzing and transforming large datasets into actionable insights to support the organization’s goals. Responsibilities include:

• Data Extraction and Transformation: Managing ETL/ELT processes for efficient data handling, with a preference for experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Data Mining and Modeling: Utilizing modern data mining techniques to identify patterns and insights that aid strategic decision-making.
• Machine Learning and NLP: Applying various machine learning models, including clustering, decision trees, and neural networks, to solve real-world problems. Knowledge of NLP frameworks, such as BERT and GPT-3, is beneficial.
• Statistical Analysis: Conducting regression analysis and statistical tests to support data-driven strategies.
• Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicating insights to stakeholders and collaborating with team members to achieve goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data science or a related role is required.

Core Skills

• Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills, experience with data modeling, and familiarity with data mining techniques.
