Job Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Reviewing and approving general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.

Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations.

Managing internal and external audits efficiently.

2. Team Leadership & Supervision

Managing and mentoring a team of accountants.

Conducting training and performance reviews to improve team efficiency.

Supervising daily accounting operations to meet deadlines.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

Leading budgeting and financial forecasting processes.

Collaborating with different departments for accurate financial projections.

Monitoring financial performance and recommending corrective actions when needed.

4. Cash Flow & Tax Management

Overseeing cash flow management to ensure efficient fund utilization.

Managing timely and accurate tax filings to avoid penalties.

5. Financial Strategy & Decision-Making

Providing financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Helping in business initiatives through financial analysis.
