Job Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
As a Senior Officer Electrical, your main role will be to ensure that all electrical systems at the Bulk Oil Terminal work efficiently. Your key duties will include:
1. Maintenance & Repairs
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
Maintain generators (gensets), metering systems, control valves, lighting systems, transformers, MCC panels, and pumps.
Ensure minimum downtime by planning repairs effectively.
2. Safety & Compliance
Prepare Permit-to-Work (PTW), Method Statements, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for maintenance tasks.
Follow safety standards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
3. Technical Documentation & Planning
Develop maintenance plans and checklists for all terminal equipment.
Create as-built drawings, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) for new projects.
4. Project Supervision & Upgrades
Supervise the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems.
Introduce new technologies to upgrade existing electrical infrastructure.
5. Additional Duties
Conduct walkabout inspections and report on maintenance activities.
Arrange materials for maintenance and prepare manual DOs and MRNs using the eSuit system.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Terminal Maintenance In-charge.
