Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Senior Officer – Retail Sales, you will play a crucial role in managing sales operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing. Here’s an overview of the responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare system-based reports (MS Excel) for all received orders and reconcile them at day’s end.
2. Generate reports for same-day orders (SO) and advance orders and share them with relevant staff and ASE.
3. Forward orders for credit clearance and payment approvals (Short Time Payment Approval or STPA).
4. Communicate payment statuses for pending orders to ASE and ensure proper follow-ups.
5. Incorporate delivery orders (DO) into the system with detailed narration about ledger balances and payment statuses.
6. Share verified delivery orders with scheduling teams.
7. Inform ASE about any discrepancies, such as TL pairing issues.
8. Prepare daily reports for advance, same-day, and canceled orders.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
