Qualifications

  • Required Qualification:
    • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from an institute recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) or Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
    • FCPS, MS, FRCS, MRCP, MD, or Diplomate of the American Board in Cardiac Anesthesia or an equivalent specialty recognized by the PMC/PMDC.
  • Alternate Qualification:
    • Postgraduate qualification of FCPS in Anesthesia, Diplomate of the American Board in Anesthesia, FRCA, or MS in Anesthesia from an institution recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission.
    • One year of practical experience in cardiac anesthesia from a recognized institution.

Additional Requirements

  • Only practical experience recognized by PMC/PMDC after obtaining the prescribed qualification will be considered.
  • The gender and age of transgender candidates will be determined based on their CNIC.
  • Valid permanent registration certificate from PMC/PMDC showing post-graduate qualification issued on or before the closing date.
