Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Development
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions.
Your work will involve using tools like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies to create scalable solutions. You will also be responsible for translating business requirements into technical architectures, ensuring seamless solutions for clients.
2. Customization & Configuration
You will handle customizing and configuring Salesforce by setting up custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
Maintaining user permissions and profiles will be crucial to ensuring the security and integrity of the data. Your role will require continuous updates and enhancements to keep Salesforce running smoothly.
3. Integration & APIs
You will integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications. This role requires ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and other essential systems for the business.
4. Performance & Optimization
Your problem-solving skills will come into play as you troubleshoot performance issues and recommend solutions to optimize Salesforce performance. Conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices will be part of your responsibility.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
Collaboration with cross-functional teams—such as business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance—will be key. You will mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and contribute to team improvement. Your leadership will drive the success of the development team.
6. Documentation & Maintenance
Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations and integrations is a key responsibility. You will also provide post-deployment support to ensure the stability of the solution and user satisfaction.
Required Skills
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Service Cloud
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Patterns
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools (CI/CD)
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Salesforce Platform Developer II or equivalent preferred)
