What Does a Shift Manager Do?
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning during assigned shifts.
2. Monitor and support the sales team in achieving sales targets and improving customer service.
3. Ensure proper inventory control, stock replenishment, and damage management.
