Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Delivery Inspections: Conduct inspections before delivery to ensure the site is fully prepared for installation.
2. Site Verification: Compare completed drawings with the site layout to ensure installations match the design specifications and plans.
3. Installation Supervision: Ensure all installations are performed according to the prescribed procedures and company standards.
4. Final Inspection: Perform a final inspection of all fittings and installations, confirming they meet quality and safety standards.
5. Client Interaction: Obtain a final finishing report from the client to confirm their satisfaction with the work.
6. Labor Management: Lead and manage site and contractor labor to ensure efficient and productive site management.
7. Inventory Management: Notify the Site Manager of any shortages of items and log complaints within 24 hours.
8. Coordination: Coordinate effectively with Sales, Warehouse, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams to ensure smooth material assortment.
9. Additional Tasks: Take on any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Skills Required
1. Team Mentoring: Ability to lead and guide a team effectively.
2. Civil Drafting: Knowledge of civil engineering drawings and design layouts.
3. Troubleshooting Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities for on-site challenges.
