Qualification Requirements
1. A Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development or related fields.
2. Degree must be recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan or a reputed foreign university with HEC equivalence.
Experience Requirements
1. Minimum of three years of relevant experience in gender-focused or social development projects.
2. Preference will be given to those with experience in foreign-assisted development projects.
3. Experience should be properly documented and verifiable.
Key Responsibilities of Social and Gender Officer
1. Develop and implement strategies for gender inclusion and equity within the PFPP.
2. Conduct gender-based assessments and reports.
