Job Responsibilities

As a Social Media Handler, your key duties will include:

1. Managing Social Media Accounts – Handling Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

2. Content Creation – Designing eye-catching posts, reels, and stories using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

3. Engagement & Growth – Interacting with followers, responding to comments, and increasing brand visibility.

4. Social Media Strategies – Planning and executing campaigns to attract more customers.

5. Analytics & Reporting – Tracking performance using Meta Insights and other tools to improve strategies.

6. Trend Awareness – Staying updated with the latest social media trends and applying them effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Essential Skills

1. Social Media Expertise – Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

2. Creativity – Ability to design attractive posts and write engaging captions.

3. Communication Skills – Excellent English and Urdu writing skills for professional content.

4. Analytical Skills – Experience with social media analytics to track engagement.

5. Time Management – Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not mandatory).

2. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).

3. 1+ years of experience in social media management.
