Education

A Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a four-year degree such as BS(IT) (Hons), BCS, or BS(CS) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA.

Experience

At least two years of post-qualification experience in software development.
Proficiency with MS.NET tools and technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL Server 2005/2008, AJAX, BI Studio, Crystal Report).
Experience with Oracle 10g and PL/SQL.
Certifications such as MCPD or MCSD are preferred.

Skills and Technical Requirements

Core Technical Skills

MS.NET Framework: Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, and AJAX for web application development.
Database Management: Skilled in MS SQL Server (2005/2008) and Oracle 10g with PL/SQL expertise.
Reporting Tools: Experience with Crystal Reports and BI Studio.

Analytical abilities for troubleshooting and improving IT processes. Effective communication for collaborating across departments.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Assistant Director (Programming) will work within PSIC’s IT department to:

• Develop, manage, and enhance software solutions for PSIC’s operations.
• Work on database management and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions.
• Use Oracle and MS.NET technologies to maintain secure, efficient, and reliable software platforms.
