Role and Responsibilities of a Specialist (Monitoring & Evaluation)
1. Planning and implementing monitoring systems for ongoing projects.
2. Evaluating project performance and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Experience
1. Education:
– BS in Engineering (mandatory)
– Master’s degree in Business Administration or Master in Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
– Additional marks will be given to candidates with higher qualifications in these fields.
2. Experience:
– At least 10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, testing, and commissioning of large-scale projects in either public or private sector organizations.
