1. Education:

1.1 At least a Bachelor’s (Hons) or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in the following fields:

1.8 Applied Economics

1.9 Biomedical Sciences

1.12 Candidates with higher qualifications in these areas will receive additional marks.

2. Experience:

2.1 Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale social sector projects, either in the public or private sector.

2.2 Government officers with relevant experience are also eligible.

2.3 Experience in PPP (Public-Private Partnership) Projects will be considered an advantage.

3. Age Limit: 18 to 70 years
