Required Qualifications and Skills
Education

Experience
0-3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Technical Skills
1. Automation Testing: Knowledge of Selenium, TestNG.
2. Test Case Development: Writing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
3. Cross-Browser Testing: Ensuring software works across different devices and browsers.
4. Performance Testing: Experience with tools like LoadRunner, JMeter.
5. API Testing: Understanding of REST & SOAP APIs, using tools like Postman, SOAPUI.
6. Software Testing Principles: Knowledge of best practices, test cycles, and methodologies.
Soft Skills
1. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
