Requirements for the Position
Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary School Certificate (second division) from a recognized board
- Technical Skills:
- Shorthand speed of 170 words per minute in English
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English on a computer or typewriter
Experience
- Certificate: Three-month Office Automation Certificate covering MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, internet, and e-mail usage from a recognized institute.
Skills
- Shorthand and Typing: Proficient shorthand and typing skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Note
Qualified candidates who pass the English Shorthand test will also undergo:
- English Typing test (speed of 35 wpm) on a computer.
- MS Office Proficiency test.
