Job Overview
The Stock / Overage Section Incharge will play a critical role in managing stock and overage materials, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting decision-making processes. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a strong background in finance or accounting.
Key Responsibilities
As the Stock / Overage Section Incharge, your primary duties will include:
1. Stock Management:
Plan and execute weekly stock take meetings with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and management.
Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and implement necessary adjustments.
Oversee monthly stock take activities, including physical stock counts and data verification.
2. Overage Material Management:
Lead weekly overage material meetings with management and coordinate with PPMC Heads, R&D, and Quality teams to resolve overage issues.
Ensure timely execution of plans by following up with stakeholders.
3. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) for weekly sessions to track progress and maintain alignment.
Collect and compile data for upcoming meetings to support stock management decisions.
4. Continuous Improvement:
Conduct GAMBA visits for stock verification and evaluate stock take activities to identify areas for improvement.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
