Eligibility Criteria
1. Qualification Requirements
Candidates must have one of the following:
Option 1: BS (4 years) or Master’s degree (Second Division) in Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or Finance from a HEC-recognized university.
Option 2: Bachelor’s degree (Second Division) in Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or Finance from a HEC-recognized university with three years of post-qualification experience in budget and accounts matters.
2. Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in budgetary and accounts matters.
Experience must be in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, or National/Multi-National Companies.
Experience in registered private entities is acceptable if the company is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or another Regulatory Authority.
3. Age Limit
Male Candidates: 21 to 30 years (+5 years relaxation) = Maximum 35 years
Female Candidates: 21 to 30 years (+8 years relaxation) = Maximum 38 years
Transgender: Age will be determined based on CNIC.

Open for all Punjab-based candidates.

1. Budget Planning & Financial Management
Preparing and managing annual budgets for government projects.
Monitoring government funds and expenditures to ensure proper utilization.
Preparing financial reports and statements for audits.
2. Compliance & Documentation
Ensuring government financial policies and accounting regulations are followed.
Preparing budget reports and ensuring compliance with Punjab Government financial rules.
Maintaining financial records and coordinating with auditors.
3. Financial Analysis & Decision Making
Assisting in financial planning and forecasting for the department.
Analyzing financial data and advising on cost-saving measures.
Managing payments, financial transactions, and funding distribution.
4. Coordination with Other Departments
