Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is looking for a highly experienced and visionary professional to join as SVP Digital Customs. This is a senior leadership role that requires expertise in information technology, digital transformation, and customs modernization.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements within PSW, ensuring efficiency in trade facilitation and customs operations.

Job Responsibilities
1. Leading Digital Transformation
Drive major ICT transformation programs to enhance digital customs operations.
Oversee the implementation of modern digital solutions such as AI, Blockchain, APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
Ensure system reliability and security for customs and trade facilitation.
2. Solution Architecture & Technology Development
Provide hands-on expertise in solution architecture and enterprise IT frameworks.
Lead the design and implementation of Kubernetes-based cloud systems.
Ensure seamless integration of web systems and trade automation tools.
3. Policy Development & Compliance
Align IT strategies with international trade and customs regulations.
Ensure compliance with TOGAF, Zachman, ITIL, and COBIT frameworks.
Implement best practices for enterprise architecture in PSW.
4. Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a bridge between government agencies, trade organizations, and technology partners.
Lead and mentor IT teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
Collaborate with national and international technology experts to improve PSW’s capabilities.

Certifications in TOGAF, Zachman, ITIL, COBIT are preferred.
Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
Expertise in solution architecture, Kubernetes, JSON, APIs, Microservices, Blockchain, and AI.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in complex project management and stakeholder collaboration.
