  • Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in resolving IIS website, Windows service, and server issues.
  • Enterprise IT Processes: Familiarity with ITIL, ticketing systems, and change control processes is important for managing enterprise IT operations.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Windows Server (2008/2012/2016/2019) and SQL Server (2008/2012/2014/2016).
  • SQL Server Expertise: Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including writing queries, working with DTS, stored procedures, data structures, and analysis.
  • Networking and Hardware Knowledge: Understanding of server infrastructure, networking, and hardware/software technologies.
