Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 2+ years in BPO recruitment or high-volume hiring
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA in HR or relevant field)
Skills Required:
1. Strong knowledge of BPO hiring, including customer service, sales, and technical support roles
2. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
3. Excellent sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
4. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
5. Ability to manage multiple hiring requests in a fast-paced environment
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
7. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices related to recruitment
Key Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Oculus Ventures, you will:
