Job Responsibilities of a Technical Sales Officer
As a Technical Sales Officer, your role involves more than just selling products. You are a guide, educator, and support system for farmers. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Visiting farms and helping farmers understand the technical benefits of different fertilizer products.
2. Promoting product usage through demonstrations and training sessions.
3. Maintaining regular contact with dealers, distributors, and retailers in your assigned area.
4. Providing expert advice on crop nutrition, soil management, and fertilizer application.
5. Achieving sales targets and reporting regularly to the sales management team.
