Key Responsibilities of a Telesales Officer

As a Telesales Officer at Kohistan Group, your main role is to generate leads, communicate with potential clients, and close deals. Here are your primary job duties:

1. Client Outreach & Relationship Building

Proactively contact potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements.

2. Sales & Business Development

Conduct client briefings, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase offerings.

3. Follow-Ups & Deal Closure

Use pricing negotiation skills to close deals successfully.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and project managers, to align sales strategies.

Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance.
