Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management and Consultancy

Ensure timely completion of consultancy projects according to the agreed scope and timelines.

Achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings, resulting in repeat business, product subscriptions, and referrals.

2. Proposal and Report Preparation

Develop consulting project proposals, presentations, and detailed reports.

Create core HR consulting products such as HR Manuals, Job Evaluation Manuals, Job Description Manuals, Total Reward Survey Reports, and Organizational Restructuring Reports.

3. Business Development

Support the identification of new business opportunities.

Explore leads and contribute to bringing in fresh consultancy business, thus contributing to overall consultancy revenues.

4. Cross-Selling Opportunities

Contribute to the sales of other products and services, ensuring the growth of the consultancy arm of the company.
