4. Extracting and maintaining tracker reports for IFEM movements, including trip details and destination data.
5. Conducting trip analysis to improve ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and monitor driver behavior.
6. Providing a daily location summary and availability list of tank lorries.
7. Verifying tracker data for invoices and maintaining digital records.
8. Coordinating with contractors and tracker companies to resolve non-reporting issues.
9. Ensuring timely deliveries and functional tracker devices.
10. Counseling drivers on solutions and maintaining audit-ready digital records.
