Position Overview: Vendors Management Executive

The Vendors Management Executive is a vital role within the Procurement Department, responsible for managing relationships with vendors and overseeing procurement activities. This position, graded as G-1, is open to applicants of all genders and has no specified domicile or quota limitations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Vendors Management Executive, your duties will include:

• Vendor Management: Building and maintaining effective relationships with vendors, ensuring that they meet PSW’s procurement standards and requirements.
• Procurement and Supply Chain: Overseeing procurement processes, particularly in the areas of supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and contract compliance.
• IT Procurement: Engaging with IT-related vendors and managing the acquisition of IT goods and services, which are integral to PSW’s trade facilitation mission.
• ERP Software Utilization: Working with ERP software to streamline vendor management and procurement processes.
• Compliance with PPRA Rules: Following Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) guidelines to ensure transparent and lawful procurement practices.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To qualify for this role, applicants should have the following educational background and experience:

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education).
• Preferred Fields of Study: Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Studies, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.

Professional Experience

• Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years in vendor management, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
• ERP Software: Proficiency in ERP software is essential for managing procurement records effectively.
• Additional Experience: Familiarity with PPRA rules and IT procurement experience is advantageous.
