About the Role

The Administrative Officer will play a key role in supporting the smooth functioning of the Federal Government Educational Institutions. As an administrative officer, you will handle a variety of tasks related to administration, finance, budgeting, and establishment.

Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in administration, establishment, or finance & budget.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
