Key Responsibilities

As a Manager R&D, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Research Trials: Conduct research trials to evaluate the field efficacy of our agricultural products. This involves testing how well our products perform under various conditions and ensuring they meet the required standards.
• Product Evaluation: Assess new products by testing them under different conditions and doses. This helps in understanding their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments before market release.
• Product Registration: Handle product registration and related administrative matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and official standards.
• Liaison with Government Departments: Act as a liaison with government departments for official matters, including approvals, regulations, and other bureaucratic requirements.
• Technical Training: Provide technical training to the sales team on company products and different crops. This training helps the team better understand product applications and effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct demonstrations of the company’s main brands in various areas to showcase their benefits and effectiveness to potential customers.
• Field Days: Organize field days in different regions to develop and promote our brands, engage with local farmers, and showcase our products’ practical benefits.
• Training Programs: Develop and conduct training programs for farmers and dealers on different crops and products, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
• Team Meetings: Ensure that team meetings with farmers are conducted according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and effectiveness.
