Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualification: M.Sc Hons in Entomology or Plant Pathology.
- Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an R&D Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
As the R&D Manager at Tara Group, you will be responsible for several crucial tasks, including:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the company complies with the regulations set by FDPP Karachi, PWQCP Punjab, Agriculture Extension, and other relevant bodies. This involves staying up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements and making sure all products meet the necessary standards.
- Product Registration: Managing the registration process for products with FDPP and PSQC. This includes preparing and submitting the required documentation and following up on the approval process to ensure timely registration.
- R&D Trials: Conducting research and development trials for Form 1 products and other in-house developments. This will involve designing experiments, collecting data, and analyzing results to improve the company’s product offerings.
