Position Requirements:

As a Quality Control Manager-Seed, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that ensure the quality and health of seeds produced by Tara Group. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing Lab Operations: Oversee the operations of the Seeds Quality Control Laboratory to maintain the highest standards in seed testing and quality assurance.
• Documentation and Reviews: Prepare and maintain records of all documents related to seed quality, and conduct reviews of all crops at different growth stages in the field and at the processing plant.
• Standards Implementation: Implement FSC & RD standards in both lab and processing operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Quality Testing: Conduct quality testing in the Seeds Lab, ensuring that all seed samples meet the required standards.
• Field Emergence Testing: Perform field emergence testing of seed samples to assess their growth potential and viability.
• Sampling and Reporting: Develop and execute a sampling plan for market return stock, conduct quality testing, share batch-level results and reports with stakeholders, and participate in inventory status decisions.
